We are committed to providing a fast and approachable service which is based on individual needs. Our services are not limited and we will work with you to find the best orthotic solution.

The assessment can last up to one hour. We will determine the best treatment plan for you based on your medical history, visual and physical assessment. 

 

We offer a wide range of both stock and custom insoles, following an assessment we will advise on the best design of insole for you, taking into consideration your preferred style of footwear.

  • Sore knees and feet

  • Hypermobility (Double joints) 

 

Drop foot or muscle weakness is the most common use for an AFO, they are also used to block painful movement at the ankle or correct deformity when being worn in more complex cases.

Good for:

  • Muscle weakness at the ankle

  • Neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis MS, weakness following stroke, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and Charcot Marie Tooth Disease (CMT)

 

Knee problems can be very unsettling, whether it be ligament problems, arthritis, pain or weakness, we offer a wide selection of knee bracing to suit your needs.

Good for:

  • Osteo Arthritis 

  • Athletes needing increased support 

  • Hill walkers 

  • Ligament damage 

  • Patella (knee cap) problems

 

Sometimes little feet need a little bit more support - we have lots of great styles to offer.

Good for:

  • Flat feet needing a little bit more support 

  • As part of the management of club foot

  • Accommodate any deformity 

 

Wide feet, bunions, narrow heels, swelling, amongst other problems can make finding shoes in shops a challenge.  We have a wide selection of orthopaedic footwear to match your style and your budget.

  • Diabetics

  • Arthritis 

  • Wide feet

  • Narrow feet 

  • Any deformity that makes fitting footwear difficult

 

Discreet shoe raises for both inside and outside your shoes.

 

Additional support for busy hands – we have a wide variety of wrist and hand supports available.

Good for:

  • Arthritis

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome 

  • Treatment following stroke 

  • Radial Nerve Palsy 

 

For treating painful back conditions and hernias, these are usually wrap around styles and can be both ‘off the shelf’ and custom made. We can also address more complex and lower levels of hernia.
